How can we help you?...First Appointment

Our initial in-home consultation is free. We will meet with you to discuss your addition ideas and make suggestions. With the help of a 3D computer program we will be able to provide a preliminary estimate. This allows us to accurately work with you on design and budget of your addition until you are satisfied with the scope of the project.

Nice to see you again...Meet Back

After the initial in-home consultation, we will set an appointment to meet with you. Where, we will review your detailed addition estimate, answer any questions you may have about the proposal and note any changes you may have to the proposed addition. We will also show you samples of some of the products we suggest for your addition including tile, carpeting, plumbing, lighting fixtures, and cabinetry.

We're ready when you are... Final Proposal

Once we have incorporated any changes you have requested, we will present the final proposal for your acceptance. After we receive your signed contract and initial deposit we will begin preparations for the construction phase, including detailed drawings required to obtain any necessary building permits.

Beige, tan or ecru?...Product Selections

Next, we invite you to meet with us to assist with product selection. We will help you choose products that fit within your budget and complement your design. Or if you choose, we can suggest many locations throughout the area where you can shop for products at your convenience.

Now that you have chosen Kettlewell Construction as your addition design/build firm, we will plan your project so that it flows smoothly. We will over see and manage your project through its completion and to your satisfaction. We are always available for any questions or concerns.
